Andrew began his architectural career at Dake Wells in 2014 after earning his Master of Architecture from K-State University. In 2018, he moved west, settling in Portland, OR where he built expertise through his role as a designer and project manager on a variety of projects. Returning to the Midwest, he rejoined DWa in the firm's Kansas City office in 2024 and quickly took the reins as Project Manager for a large-scale municipal project.
Andrew brings a methodical, client-focused approach to his work. He seeks to fully understand his client's needs, and then responds with carefully considered design solutions and a process that helps his client achieve their goals. He is well organized, milestone-oriented, adept at managing complex teams, and driven to design excellence.
