Before relocating to Springfield, MO, Nathan was a lifelong native of Oklahoma and graduate of the OSU School of Architecture. His interest in the built environment was inspired by witnessing firsthand people living in poverty or difficult life situations. Through these experiences, he learned that the smallest, humblest gestures of curated space can positively and significantly impact a community.
In addition to his work at Dake Wells Architecture, Nathan's internships in both Oklahoma and Texas have allowed him to gain project experience in K-12 schools, as well as in the commercial realm.
