Alex aspired to be an architect from a young age. When his grandparents took him to see House on The Rock in Wisconsin at age 7, the experience showed him the power to inspire people through built environments. He explains the atmosphere was “beautiful, yet frightening”, and from that day forward he set out to see what creativity he could bring to design - first with legos, and now with architecture. A part of Drury University’s Class of 2017, Alex completed his Cum Laude Master’s Degree in Architecture with minors in Graphic Design and Fine Arts with an emphasis in Sculpture.
When he’s not challenging himself through the exploration of complex and impactful project types, you can find him “nerding out” to Dungeons and Dragons with his friends, as well as playing Magic the Gathering, a card game. He also enjoys model making and sculpturing, especially metal sculptures.
