Addison is a talented designer at Dake Wells Architecture and a known leader in the Springfield community. Since joining the firm as a Design Associate in 2019, Addison has served as a key team member on a broad variety of projects. These include master planning, a high school stadium renovation, athletic fields, an administrative training center renovation and addition, renovations for high school and middle school, classroom additions, a new elementary school, a new middle school, and a new technical education facility, among others. To all of his work, Addison brings a strong aptitude for the technical aspects of design and a strong passion for elevating the community through impactful design.
In 2020, Addison was named one of Springfield Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” in recognition of his leadership within his community and his profession.
