Kristi joined Dake Wells Architecture in 2024, operating from our Springfield headquarters. To her role as the firm’s Controller, she brings deep expertise in accounting that spans numerous industries and a broad range of proficiencies. Like several of us at Dake Wells, Kristi grew up on a farm, and she shares many of those agrarian core values that strongly shape our firm’s culture: responsibility, ingenuity, hard work, resourcefulness, moral character. In fact, she approaches her work through a philosophy that she calls Divergent Resourcefulness – that is, thinking outside the box to accomplish tasks and challenges quickly that improve efficiencies for the entire team. To those of us who have the honor of working with her, Kristi is a valuable teammate, a patient problem solver, and a professional dedicated to doing things right the first time.
