Weber Elementary School

Nestled into a prairie-like 45-acre site, this new three-story Pre-K through 2nd grade school includes classrooms, a gymnasium, storm safe cafeteria, library, and central atrium with learning stairs. Accessible from all levels, the day-lit atrium and learning stairs welcome students, staff, and visitors upon entry, providing a point of connectivity between each grade and serves as a multipurpose space for activities ranging from individual reading time to grade-level assemblies. Preserving views from all spaces out to the building’s natural surroundings was a top priority for enhancing educational opportunities and indoor environmental quality. Educational opportunities extend into the site with ample space for physical education, play, and community connectivity.
