The American Institute for Architecture has just announced its picks for this year's Honor Awards, recognizing projects in Architecture, Interior Design, and Urban Design. 17 winners were chosen from the 500-plus submitted for consideration by architects and designers licensed in the United States, though some of the winning projects are located around the world. The Honor Awards, now in their 69th year, were selected by a jury consisting of architects and academics who judged based on outstanding excellence and innovation. Ahead, we look at the projects that took home top awards.
